For your 360° Leadership Assessment, the Leadership Circle Profile™ will be utilized. You’ll receive your results in graphical form, highlighting your creative competencies and reactive tendencies.

In order to provide comprehensive support to the coached leader, we incorporate Tripartite Meetings, bringing together the coachee, their manager and the coach.  

These meetings offer an opportunity for the organization to actively engage in the leadership development of their leader.

In my mind, the choice to embark on a leadership development journey transcends the professional titles assigned to us; it’s a daily privilege and a personal choice accessible to every individual. It begins with awareness and an audacious first step, followed by a series of courageous actions, both small and significant, all underscored by determination, humility, and self-love.

Passionate about walking, I extend an invitation for you to join me on a segment of this journey. Here, I bring my expertise and experience to serve you.

My profession grants me the privilege of witnessing key moments in the lives of my clients. What excites me the most is observing a human awaken to a crucial awareness or seeing them dare to move forward despite fears and doubts, in all their humanity.

As a coach, my role is not to do the work for you or provide all the answers you seek. In fact, I don’t really have any answers. What I do bring is an insatiable curiosity for exploration and an abundance of questions. My responsibility is to create a safe space and support you in a structured transformation process, enabling you to uncover your own solutions.
