Tripartite Meetings
In order to provide comprehensive support to the coached leader, we incorporate Tripartite Meetings, bringing together the coachee, their manager and the coach.
These meetings offer an opportunity for the organization to actively engage in the leadership development of their leader.
Group Facilitation and Team Workshops
Group Facilitation and Team Workshops, such as Co-Development Workshops, Support Circles, and Communities of Practice for management groups or teams.
These sessions allow you to leverage collective intelligence, establish common foundations, and benefit from each participant’s experiences in a psychologically safe environment. The goal of these meetings is to build strong trust, enhance communication, and stimulate the creation of innovative ideas.
